I love GravaStar products. They not only perform really well, they also really look cool. I've been using a GravaStar keyboard in both my work office and home office and love them. When I saw this Crystal Rose colored Mercury M2 mouse, I knew I wanted it for my work office alongside my thocky and clacky Mercury K1 keyboard.
Previously I'd been using a top-end Razer wireless gaming mouse, but I'm eternally frustrated by it because the battery life on it is abysmal. It isn't set up to be wired, so I end up with a brick for 20 minutes or so to give it enough juice to get me through the day. This GravaStar mouse is like night and day when it comes to battery life. It lasts seemingly FOREVER, which I appreciate. I love that I can use it wired, so it's not a useless brick if I want to continue working while it's charging. This mouse is smooth and responsive. The buttons click easily and cleanly. Plus, the Mercury M2 mice just feel great in my hand and it feels more durable than it looks. I have tried the magnesium alloy and the polycarbonate and both are fantastic. It has tons of customization options both in aesthetics and in usability through a web app, so you don't have to clutter your PC with software for your peripherals. This is a lightweight mouse that is worth the price!
I've gone through my share of gaming mice over the years, and this one really impressed me right out of the box.
The first thing you will likely notice is how light it feels. The hollow shell design keeps the weight down while still allowing it to feel solid in your hand, and even after a few long gaming sessions my hand never felt fatigued. It can be connected both wirelessly and wired using the included USB cable (and included adaptor if needed).
For me, the sensor is where this mouse really shines. With an impressive 26K DPI and 650 IPS movement rate, there's more than enough precision here for just about any style of game. I primarily play first-person shooters where quick, accurate movements can make all the difference between heading to the next level or starting from your last save. This mouse has performed exceptionally. Tracking is smooth and consistent both across the screen and across the mousepad.
The buttons all have a solid, positive click and are easy to navigate by feel during gameplay. The mouse wheel rolls smoothly and quickly. The RGB lighting is customizable and looks great under the Crystal Rose frame. The lighting complements the design which definitely has a unique look that makes it stand out from the sea of black gaming mice on the market.
When you consider the fantastic sensor, the really unique design and the solid functionality of this mouse, I think it is an incredible value for the cost. For me, this mouse hits the trifecta - It looks great, feels great, and responds great. That's about the best compliment I can give any gaming mouse. I can definitely recommend this one. Five stars from me.
Beautiful mouse! This is such a unique and eye-catching gaming mouse, and it really stands out in a good way. The Crystal Rose color is especially pretty, and the overall design feels premium and futuristic without being overly complicated.
It works great and was very easy to set up, which I really appreciate. I like when a product is both stylish and functional, and this mouse does a nice job of being both. It feels responsive and comfortable to use, and the lightweight design makes it easy to handle during regular use or gaming.
I also think it looks even better when paired with a GravaStar keyboard. Together, they make a really nice setup and give everything a coordinated, polished look.
Overall, this is a very cool mouse that performs well and looks amazing. Easy setup, great design, and a solid experience all around. 5 solid stars!
The mouse gets a lot of praise online, especially and it’s easy to see why. The tracking is very accurate, the clicks feel crisp and satisfying, and the sci-fi, hollowed-out design looks great while also helping keep your hand cooler during long sessions. In games like Call of Duty and Halo, the sensor performs really well and feels very responsive. That said, the open shell design isn’t perfect for everyone—some users with larger hands say it can feel a bit slippery unless you use the included grip tape. It also sticks to a 1K polling rate, so it doesn’t have the higher 4K or 8K options you’ll find on some more premium mice. Overall, it’s a stylish and capable mouse with great performance, just with a few trade-offs depending on your preferences.
My last gaming mouse was a Logitech Hero with a nice weight to it, but it died after two months, so that brand was out. The GravaStar's design is striking and quite different from what I'm used to, so I decided to give it a try.
It arrived nicely boxed with a high-quality braided USB cable. The mouse connects three ways: wired, 2.4 GHz wireless (dongle), or Bluetooth, so you have options. One drawback: there's no button to switch the Bluetooth connection between devices -- you have to re-pair each time. That won't matter to serious gamers, who will want wired or 2.4 GHz anyway, but it's a limitation if you move between machines.
Firmware updates are available for both the mouse and the receiver; mine shipped with the latest versions already installed. The firmware documentation and driver names are primarily in Chinese, but a quick AI translation handled that fine if you're not up for guessing. Settings are configured through a browser-based tool (see screenshots), which offered everything I needed: DPI stages, polling rate, sensor settings, lighting, and macros.
One warning, visible in my photo of the underside: a label states the mouse may not be eligible for return once the protective film on the foot pads is removed. Since you can't really evaluate a mouse without using it, I consider this a negative.
Overall, the mouse is attractive, light, and responsive. I'm giving it four stars because of the limited Bluetooth switching and the return-policy issue. But if you want a stylish, lightweight mouse with fast action, this is an excellent choice.
